TRS charged our insurance company almost $35,000 for the removal (mold remediation) of what we were told was a small amount of mold in the crawlspace and crawlspace house flooring / structural repairs. A small 1200 sq 1 level house.Since then we had at least three different contractors/ specialists tell us that the work TRS did was inadequate all the mold was not removed and we now still have a mold /crawlspace problem.We cannot rent the house out nor can we move our son who has a disability in. We don't have the money to do another mold remediation right now and we should not have to if Total Restoration Services had done the job right TRS hasn't taken any responsibility to fix the problem they basically told us they did what they had to do which is pass the environmental inspection. I would not recommend this company to anyone! This company that specializes themselves in mold remediation , water damage , odor removal and other things did not clean all the mold. And left the crawl space in such a poor condition which facilitated the return of new mold growing on top of the old mold they did not properly clean. They did not even take pictures of their before and after work. Please if you had work done by this company call another specialist to inspect their work require before and after pictures of their work.. In addition educate yourself on mold remediation and the chemical used after TRS did their mold remediation the house remained to have a strong chemical smell for over 6 months. When we asked the company about this strong odor we were told that the smell would go away after a few days. The smell remained for over 6 months in the house and would cause you headaches when you stayed in it to long even with the ventilation. Also TRS does not give any warranty on their mold remediation / structural repair work. If you want good work done I would recommend a company like Advantaclean or JES. These are both excellent companies who take pride in their work.

I don't normally write reviews but I must say David of TRS really made me feel good about the work that was being done. He is very professional and I felt he was looking out for me.

Total Restoration Services came to our aid in the middle of the night when our basement flooded from heavy rains. At 1am we really didn't know who to call, but after looking online we called and had a top notch, clean cut crew of technicians at our doorstep in no time! This was even during a storm! The owner Jerry Temple even called in the middle of the night to check on us and make sure that we felt well taken care of! The got the water out, dried it all out in around 4 days, and then did some repair work for us. They worked directly with our insurance company, and by the way they were very familiar with TRS's work and praised them for their fabulous service as well! I would highly recommend this company TRS to all of my family, friends, and anyone that may need emergency services! A++++

TRS came to our rescue! Our insurance company and also a family friend referred us to TRS when our home flooded. They came out right away with their big trucks and equipment . Their staff was the most professional and courteous group I have ever worked with! The owner himself came out to assess our damages and held our hand throughout the process. My husband and I were a total wreck, but Jerry set our minds at ease and he took us from overly nervous to extremely comfortable and at ease 100%. It's obvious they know exactly what they are doing. They dried out our home in about 4 days and moved all of our furniture and other things out for the repair work. We were so happy with the first stage we hired their group to perform our repairs too! What a marvelous job they did! Our wood floors and painting look magnificent! They were a joy to work with and certainly made a tough situation much easier to deal with! They are doing our air vents in a few weeks too! We give them an A+++!!! Martha J.
