Provided by YP.comAfter reading so many bad reviews, I was pleasantly surprised. Checked in (12:30) waited about two minutes, crew just coming back from lunch. A delightful young man named Kobe greeted me, asked him to be gentle as I had a bad experience elsewhere a few days before. Never felt a thing, as we chatted about his great hair color.
