it is extremely hard trying to get a appointment for fter school hours at this office fordentl cleanings even if you make the appointment 6 mnhts in advance..they need to hire another hygenist if they are that booked up sorry but it shouldnt be that difficult to get and appt..

My family began seeing Dr. Royer in December of last year. Her secretary was very friendly and helpful. Some of the work Dr. Royer did was a little off such as leaving a sharp edge on my tooth after having work done but overall I thought she was ok. However, this office is very unforgiving if you make a mistake on your appointment time. I couldn't remember whether my appointment time was at 8:30 or 9:30. So I looked up the office hours on line and every day the hours said they were open from 9 to 5. So I figured my appointment had to be at 9:30. When I got to the office, I was told that my appointment was at 8:30 and now I had two charges on my account for late fees since I had two appointments. So because I was an hour late, now I have to pay $80! It was my first time ever being late. They were unforgiving. We are all human and make mistakes. My family and I will be finding another office to go to.

Dr. Royer is pleasant, caring and competent. She has performed a number of procedures including 4 crowns. I have never experienced pain. The quality of her work is exceptional.
