Provided by YPmobilei took my car in for an oil change and they recommended i get my transmission fluid replaced. i did. shortly after, my cars gears began to slip...i've never had problems prior. i took my car to a different mechanic and we were all surprised to find that i my transmission was short a quart of fluid!! when i brought it to the managers attention, his reply was "you can't prove it was us." that response tells me they don't car about you or your car, they just want your money.
