Unfortunately, this was our go to place in Pepperell for 30 years. Not sure what happened, but extremely poor customer service now. The associates are fine, it is the management level that I had terrible issues with. First time I have ever written a review online. Have not been back in a year, and refuse to go back. Too many other choices in the area.

Lorden Hardware is my first choice when looking for things to help with repairs for my home. They have a decent inventory of items and the service is great. They are willing to order items if I need them. I highly recommend checking them out before making the "trek" to larger stores in the surrounding areas!

Even thought this is not the size of Home Depot, the service is great and there is always someone who can help you. One gentleman found me the grill part I needed and actually came out to my car where I had the mini-grill, and fixed it right there. You cannot get that kind of attention in Home Depot! Sometimes a smaller establishment works a lot better. I am very fond of this place.
