Whether a project involves tool design or custom production, Premier Tooling and Manufacturing is able to assist 24 hours a day. Its tool and die facility is staffed around the clock to allow for new tooling needs and repair of all production tooling. Premier Tooling and Manufacturing provides tool building services, including metal stamping dies, die casting dies, plastic injection molds, machine building and fabrication, CNC tuning centers, CNC machining centers and CNC EDM and wire EDM. The company also has a manufacturing department with 40 metal fabrication stamping presses able to handle 22 to 1,500 ton projects. Additionally, Premier Tooling and Manufacturing provides metal stamping and forming, fabrication and assembly, wire part fabrication, CNC production machining and welding. Premier Tooling and Manufacturing is an ISO 9001 and ISO 2000 certified company.
