Do not take your care here! I took my car the wash on Knoxville (same company). It came out with scratches on both sides of car, swirl marks and scratches on roof and hood and still dirty. I immediately called, sent pictures and went back so they could take their own pictures. I am being told the footage shows no damage to my car going in or out. My 1 year old Camry looks 10 years old now and had to go a body shop due to the scratches being so deep. They are not taking responsibility for this issue and besides that, the wash isn't worth the money. Beware!

LOVE THIS CAR WASH! Wish we had one over in Washington, Il closer to our home. It really does leave your car looking immaculate. I highly recommend it. The workers there are nice and are constantly taking care of it. They constantly empty the garbage bins and pick up the parking lot. The free vacuums and mat cleaners are a particularly nice bonus.

Please beware of using this car wash! I followed all the instructions and my car was pulled by the conveyer belt into the car in front of me, no fault of my own. Assistant manager working at the time refused to give any information including name of Manager or Owners. I received no response to emails or phone calls until I located owners names from the States Attorney's Office. The owners are: Leon Baine of Custer Park Illinois and Tracey Erickson of Bourbonnais, Il. Business and Home addresses/phone numbers are easily accessible as public information on the web. Once I listed this information I received several calls including from Leon Baine's wife who was rude stating she did not care about my situation but does NOT want people in "their community" knowing they own the car washes. I also received calls from the Manager who's only concern was that I not identify owners. They own car washes in Illinois and Indiana. I had to take time off work to fill out a damage report and get 2 estimates requested by their attorney and insurance company EMS. After weeks of hearing nothing I called the insurance company. Keith Cross admits he had not yet investigated or reviewed tapes, but reported that it was not the car wash's responsibility but another unknown driver from a vehicle in car wash at the time. Amazing this decision was made with no investigation. He recommended I "just turn in to your own insurance". I SHOULD NOT have to pay a deductible for damages that were caused in the car wash that was no fault of mine! Why did they request estimates, if they had no intention of even investigating! If you read reviews for all their businesses there are numerous problems. They are opening one in Pekin, Il. Soon. Please BEWARE!

Washcloths caught my rear wiper on my car and broke it. Owners refused to repair it. They saw it happen on their video. Stay away.
