Timberlake Club is now under new management as of April 2011. We have a snow removal service which plows whenever it snows more than 2 inches, and this fall we purchased a new spreader for our golf course and we plan on using it to spread salt when needed on our roads for any ice issues. Please call us if you have any questions concerning winter events.

I would not recommend this venue for a winter wedding or reception. I had a winter wedding and we had snow the night before. When I arrived at the venue the road to the venue was not cleared. I asked the venue to have it cleared then did finally clear it but put nothing down to help with the ice. Many of my guest slide off the road and two were damaged due to accident. Several things they said they would do were not done for example I had no runner to walk down. Also they could not give me an estimate as to how much it would cost even after i had given my final number. I was charged for champagne glasses that I did not request. I also had reserved both floors of the venue however once a few days before was informed there would be a party below us where the bar was located. I would not have rented this venue had I know this. I was told there was nothing else that days and paid for both floors. Over all I would suggest somewhere else. The one good thing was that the employees were nice.
