Just dropped my SUV off for a routine oil change. Everything was great. Service was fast and everyone was very friendly. Got my car back and drove out of the parking lot. I noticed my car was bouncing ALL over the place (like the wheels were made of jello). I drove home thinking it was me being paranoid and Dino had my husband drive it around the block to see what he thinks. He instantly noticed an issue and drove it back to the shop.

The front end gentlemen told us that they didn’t do it and that they would not test drive it either to understand what we were feeling. Finally after begging the team to test drive it, they did and said it was possibly something with the shocks. But they denied having touched them..

We brought them our vehicle with non issues and for a routine oil change and in return we got a car with an oil change and jello wheels. They told us they would not fix the car or even look at it again because they “didn’t have the time”.

Now we are forced to take our car to a new mechanic to see what happened. Our car is worse after being in their care and they refused to help fix their error. I am not one to post things like this online but I am in shock at the customer service we received.
