I've been going to Just Nailz for over 3 years and Michelle and Trudy are amazing! They have great color options for gel polish and acrylics and even have these super cute stamps. Before someone referred me to Michelle, I was going to a few different nail salons to get gel manicures and their polish barely lasted 2 weeks! The gel polish lasts almost twice as long when I get my nails done at Just Nailz. Love Michelle and Trudy and would never go anywhere else!

I purchased the groupon special which was for a full set with a maintenance fill. I contact Trudy letting her know I was unable to make it to my fill appointment due to sick children. She had an upcoming week long trip/vacation which was okay and no big deal....but I wanted to get in before and with schedules conflicting it just wasn't doable. Anyways, I expected a call back when she returned from her trip and well that didn't happen. I should not have to hunt you down for a fill that I already paid for. You should take care of your clients and their needs and if you are out for personal reasons (such as vacation) then your job when you get back is get back in contact with YOUR CLIENTS!!! I finally had to go pay for someone else to give me a fill...I am soooo upset and disappointed with this service.
