Watched 2 male employees ignore me and 5 other men lying on couches waiting to donate while they pampered a pretty girl. Both myself and the guy next to me have been deferred for 56 days because they screwed up the rigging and blood went in our plasma. Packed me out to the street dizzy and anemic for my 1.6 mile bicycle ride home in 105 degree heat..Never again.....

The customer service and overall attitude of the employees is horrible. The staff is rude and unprofessional. While I waited for my husband to donate I witnessed nothing but inappropriate comments being made about the patients after they walked away. I would NEVER donate here or recommend it to anyone. Im truly disgusted at the pure unprofessionalism of the staff entirely!!! The only reason it even has one star is bc I couldn't chose zero. They make donating unpleasant and a big turn off if this was the only donating place in America the donations would decrease severely due to their unprofessionalism. Makes me wonder where these people went to school.
