These people are crooks. Contracted Oct 28 for a 900 sq foot straight install of porcelain tile. (3 days job and had them write in a guarantee of completion by 11/20. They didn't finish it and damaged house to what was an $8000 total job to an expense of $27,000 so far. They poured mortar and grout down all 5 sinks, 2 bath tubs and garbage disposal. They killed my landscaping by pouring white chemicals on them, which 3 months later still on't come off. They did the mortar tile set and grouting at the same time and tweaked them and they are tilted throughout the house. They had places that were a full inch higher than the others, black mortar coming through the grout everywhere. They used an almost white grout which was supposed to be a much darker grout. There are places throughout bad enough to trip and stub your toes. There are areas that there is no grout space between tiles, over 60 tiles that the floor is hollow completely under it. Even once given a second chance to fix it, they had 11 days to demo and redo.... they worked another day and 1/2 and abandoned the job. Leaving it in even worse condition and unsafe than before. They have had a total of 24 working days in my home and still had to hire another company to come out and demo and do over. Demo and start over to completion, 6 days total on new company 3 month dealing with these yahoos, check out BBB complaint and their findings. I have pics of everything. Receipts and witnesses. I am sure there is pattern and intent. If this has happened to you, post your experience. Amanda, Jeff, Sammie and Saul, all huge liars, no work ethics, no morals.
I have taped all conversations and it is completely almost unfathomable who these people think they are, because they are nothing. They stored materials of other jobs at my home, worked daily at those places taking from my garage to other jobs while not working on my home for 8 days. That's where my grout went, so another house wrong color too
