I wanted to express my appreciation for the highly competent work you have provided consistently on my automobile.

During the past several years that you have serviced my 2005 Buick LeSabre, I have experienced many life problems and

challenges, and it has been a HUGE relief not to have car worries added to the list!

As you know, the extensive driving that I do for my work and for family visits requires me to bring my car for frequent

servicing, and each time I have left your waiting room completely confident and satisfied with the results of your work.

This is a "love letter" that you can share with your wife, your family, and the entire world. Your honesty and integrity,

combined with your willingness to apply your extensive knowledge of autos, and to share some helpful driving insights, have

saved me from undue expenses and harrowing hours on the road.

Automobile parts are probably costing more as the years go by, but I encourage you not to compromise your labor

charges, which should be increasing as well; you're worth it, and I hope to be a "customer for life".
