I've used them several times both for grooming and for just nails.Always nice, reasonably priced, do a good job.I even talked about doing my dogs nails myself and they suggested which type clippers to get.

I took in a senior Rotti last year (13 years old) who HATES getting his nails trimmed. Being that he's 123 pounds and can't fit in my Bug, just getting him there is a whole big thing of finding a vehicle that can accomodate him. We stop in, and Ronnie gets him taken care of within minutes and we're on our way. No barking, growling or anything of the kind from Simon. If you knew Simon, you would appreciate what that means. Simon is the kindest, mild mannered, loving sensitive guy... unless you mess with his feet/nails and he lets you know he is NOT happy. Totally recommend them.

I love taking my dogs and cats to buttonsnbows they are the best. As to whoever wrote those reviews are some one with a grudge its pretty sad when some jerk can write what ever they want to try to destroy such a wonderful company. Any sane normal person wouldnt believe that garbage.I have taken my pets there for years and they have been very good. My pets love going there even my cats which I know how hard it is to groom cats. The only one I didnt really care for was a groomer named Trisha but she is no longer there. Debra has been grooming my pets and she is a caring person who really cares about the well being of everyones pets and always does the hair cut I want.

Been taking my portuguese water dog to Ronnie for a couple years now and he is wonderful. Grooms her beautifully and she comes home happy. Have recommmended him to others and they love him too.

What a joke! I took my cat and my aunts two cats at 8am to get shaved and didn't get them home until 3pm. They had my cat on top of a dog with another dog right next to her, barking at her. They couldn't understand why they couldn't get her out of their cage. This place overbooks 6.5 hrs with no water. There were dogs running loose. I watched one of the groomer 's being very HORRIBLE to a dog he was grooming. If you cherish your pets don't take them here! What poor management and to top it off, they shaved the cats wrong

Well anybody reading mrs steins. Review should be able to tell she is a drug addic who is now unemployed wasteing yous and mine tax payers money and are time. Feal free to come in and talk to any person that works here we have nothing to hide and we do have a zero tolence. Policy on drugs .just sad that the people that don't have a job or. A life can sitt around and make things up about people that work hard. For a liveing and don't collect wefare

No, "RC," I was never even drug tested. They don't drug test there unless you show signs that you are screwed up out of your mind. The one boy who has worked there for years smokes weed, cigarettes, inhales nitrous, and pops pills behind the shop all day while working. He told me that there was another gentlemen there who did just as many drugs as him, but he got fired because he was on heroin.The boys who work there now ( at least 3 of them) do not care about the animals, are abusive, and treat the animals like crap. Its horrendous. You need to take a closer look at who is working there behind the scenes because they are not fit to take care of ANYONE'S animals. Believe me people - the groomers are okay people, but the dog washers/driers are NOT who you want to work with your dogs.

It is a sad day when the people that did not pass the drug test can write all these bad reviews. Tryin to ruin a very good bussines. With hard working and loveing to all your pets and we welcom anybody to come in and watch they way we work and as far as the bathers not one of them chew tabaco .if you have any conserns please ask for ron I have benn a groomer for 28 years and would never alow that kind of treatment of any pet in my care feal free to call me at 623 878 5845 t hank you for takeing the time to read this. Don't ever take your pets there to get washed or groomed. They treat them badly, stuck in a cage with no water at all. Two of the boys that work there are mean to the animals, yelling and slapping the animals cause they are scared of the dryer. I've seen them chew tobacco while I was walking my dog behind the salon. Management needs to drug test everyone there. Except for that good looking guy who just started working there, he's really nice to the animals and he's patient with them. beware owners!!!!

This is a great place to go. The groomers there are very kind and loyal and loving to the animals from what I have seen. I have a yorkie I take her there and they treat her wonderful. The staff there is very friendly and and pleasing to work with. I would recommend Buttons' N Bows to any one that loves there animal as much as I do because you know that they will be treated with love. H. Holiday

almost everyone there is a pot smoker. the boys who wash the dogs in the back are mean to the animals by punching and yelling at dogs just because they dont want to stay still while being washed, AND they get high on the job. ever since the new management took over, its gone to hell there. they dont give your pet water no matter how long they have been sitting in the cage waiting to be groomed. your dog will not be treated properly. i've seen it for my own eyes. don't take your pets here if you love them!!!!!!!

I have used this groomer for about 15 years. I have always been very satisfied with the work that they have done and the way they handled my dogs. All of my dogs have been small dogs. Grooming dogs is stressful on the animal and my dogs have always been returned to me timely and happy, not to mention they look great and smell great. They do more than grooming they interact with my dogs and work with them. I have taken my dogs to other groomers and have everything from my dogs having to be muzzled to cuts on my animals, I always return to Button & Bows.
