Our prices are subject to change, but we will remain the lowest prices in the area. RV parking spaces are 10x40, and are outside and uncovered, while our commercial spaces are 25x40.

New management completely took us for our money. Charged extra fees former management had waived due to computer switchover, wouldn't respond to us regarding our bill for 4 months, while in the process charging random fees for their mistake. Completely disrespectful, dishonest, and takes advantage of you. Do not rent from them! Tried to reach out to owners, but had no luck.

I love this place, they are right off the Loop 101 and Grand Ave making them very convenient for anyone who lives on the west side of Phoenix. The on-site management team is very friendly and always willing to help!
