Hello my name is Shannon Franks. I would like to enlighten you on an experience I just had in your salon located in Pensacola Fl. My girlfriends and I scheduled a girls day out. One day were we didn't have to be moms, wife's, dishwashers, queen of the laundry. There is Tanya, Amanda, Vanessa and myself. Tanya called and booked all the appointments on Thursday. She called and said she had booked me for a cut and highlight because she wasn't sure what I wanted to do but, the person had told her I could change it when we got there.

Tanya and Amanda were booked with a very sweet guy named Martin. Vanessa and myself with a very rude lady named Kathy.

They took all four of us back at the same time. Kathy stopped by to let us know that she was going to make herself some lemon aid and told me I could get situated in the chair since I was booked first. I knew that Vanessa would take longer than mine so I let her know that I was just getting a cut not color if she wanted to take Vanessa first. She was on the verge of being irate and said "Your booked for highlights and a cut!" I informed attempted to inform her that I did not book the appointment however I was interrupted by her saying or yelling almost "You don't want highlights?!" I again attempted to let her know why it was booked that way and I was changing my hair color in two weeks so highlights would be a waste of money. However I was interrupted again this time with a finger shaking in my face that I messed up her books and she then turned to Vanessa and said I'll take you first and left. My girlfriends were just a shocked as I was and were encouraging me to ask for someone else who wasn't so rude.

I opted to simply cancel my entire appointment and left the store in tears. I don't know if you can relate but I'm a full time employee,mom, collages student, wife so time for just me and girls is limited and normally I still have my 8 month old in tow. I'm obviously not happy about what happened but I feel even worse because not only did it ruin my day but it ruin the other three girls day as well. And when I get home and my husband see's that I'm crying and upset it ruins his day. So not only did I not get to have my girls day out, not get my hair done, not buy that cute purse down stairs but now to top it off I'm sitting here with a migraine because of all the crap that one rude employee caused because she put herself ad her greed in front of the customer.
