You can tell the employees they hire are not the brightest people. Watch the lineman work. You can tell there not the sharpest tools in the shed. New smart meters are smart at charging you more money.

Thermoset not working correctly. shows time 72 degree and fan stays on. sometimes I can manually turn it off but not always. I am or was on energy saving. Unfortunately, at age 89, I can't read the really small letters or whatever I was asked. i can't reset this or whatever is necessarily. I have had tenants in the house the last two years so I don't know what they might have change. Can't someone come out and set this up? I did have someone come out when I first sign up which was four or five years ago.
