Great customer service and support!

After the wash my brother tipped the 2 workers with a single $1 bill and some change. Inside the bill was a $50 bill that he did not intend to use as a tip. We returned 4 hours later and asked if they found the $50 and one of the young men ran to the office and came back with the $50 bill. That is not just honesty. I am thinking integrity and whoever hired these guys needs to know the caliber of people they are. I am really impressed.These guys were great and deserve a large amount of respect. Thanks. I stopped by this car wash, because of road work blocking access to the wash I routinely visit. I was hesitant at first, but I must say, this was an awesome experience! The attendants were nice, friendly and did a great job prepping my car. The wash was fun (had soapy bubbles and disco lights, all very important when a child accompanies you to the wash), the cleaning material thoroughly removed debris from my car, leaving a nice glossy shine, and the blower at the end of the wash was superb. I will definitely use this wash from this point forth. Great job guys!

It really upsets me when I go through the wash and different components are not working properly. This isn't the first time, it's actually the third time and it's really starting to piss me off. The kid offered to run it through again. But seriously what good does that do when the parts not working, I mean use your head obviously the same things going to happen again. The biggest problem I have with this facility is they will not stop running cars through the wash so that they can fix the problem. They just keep pushing cars through the wash because they only care about money not customer satisfaction.

Good car wash and very friendly staff. The employees were very nice and courteous. There are several options to choose from and they make sure you understand.

I used this car wash thinking I would get a very good service... I was so disappointed since by the time the wash was over, My Cadillac Escalade had the 3rd stop light removed and broken on the car wash floor. The guy who prep'd the car and knew the light was intact going into the car wash, ran out and said don't worry, they will fix this. The manager said, (the following day), that since my car wasn't new, they would not cover the damage. I called the owner (Mckenzie Oil Company), and still did not get my car repaired, but they offered $100.00 toward the damage estimate of $536.00. I did not except that offer... This event made for me, a very expensive car wash. I would recommend you NOT use this car wash.

I have never been treated so poorly as a customer of any establishment. Every employee was rude and they didnt kniw what they were doing. I was directed to begin entering the wash area and then screamed at by thst same attendent for doing so. I asked to see the manager and was advised that he wasnt there. when I requested his number was told that he didn't want his number given out. Poorly staffed and obviously poorly namaged. I will never take my car there again and do not recommend this new business
