GREAT EXPERIENCE HERE! We just used Gent's for the Tuxedos for our wedding in Pensacola. The people and the service there was wonderful! They made every guy in the wedding party TRY ON their Tuxedos before we left the store. One of the

out of town guest had been measured badly by another tux shop and they were able to fix the problem right on the spot! These people were professionals. We were treated very well and they cared about how the Tuxedos fit. Something you can't find in those big box stores. I would highly recommend Gent's to my friends. My sister who is getting married next year decided to use Gent's also. Thanks Gent's.

Worst tuxedo place in customer service I have ever been to!! I was unable to return my suit but my friends returned it for me and I made sure everything was in the bag I gave my friend. My friends told me that when they were returning the suits the workers were in really bad moods and seemed to be trying to find something wrong. They decided my tie was missing. I called the shop right after I had spoken with my friend but no one answered or called me back after I left a message with my concerns. I called again to find out what was going on only to be disconnected from the sales associate after waiting a long time on hold. Before I was disconnected however, I asked what would happen if the dry cleaners found my tie and the girl said I would not be charged if they did. Yet, after we were disconnected she decided to call my wife instead of calling me back. She told my wife I didn’t return my tie and it was going to be a twenty-dollar charge for a very cheap tie. My wife asked what would happen if the dry cleaners found the tie and she assured my wife they wouldn’t because they had checked the suits so thoroughly. There was no way it was even worth twenty-dollars, wholesale or not, it couldn’t have been worth more than ten dollars.



The fact of the matter remains, this small, “family owned and operated” business is now competing with larger national chains and I simply don’t think they can keep up. They charge the same amount for a tux that a larger chain would charge but had worse customer service and no more than one sales associate working at a time during wedding season. Furthermore, there most likely would not have been two answers given to my wife and I when asking about the charge for the tie. Weddings only happen once and it’s a shame no one else has written on here how bad of a place this was or else we may have been able to avoid this. I wrote this for others so that they may not have the same stress we had on my friends’ big day, and after.

As soon as we walked into Gent's Formal Wear we knew this is where we wanted to do business. Richard and his staff were so helpful! We were concerned that most of the groomsmen would be comming in from out of town and wanted to make sure that their tuxedos would fit. Richard showed us that Gent's has in-stock inventory and that they do the alterations right there for those last minute fittings and measurements. All of the tuxeods looked and fit perfectly! I wnat to thank Gent's for making it so easy and stress free. Simply put, gent's offers great tuxedos and great customer service!
