I bought a pair of glasses here about 8 months ago. One of the arms had gotten a lil loose over time and I also dropped them and stepped on them. Long story short the arm broke off and I didn't think they were repairable, but the gentleman that works on the glasses and repairs them hes on the far right. He did an amazing job within 10 minutes and they are like new, and now I'm as happy as can be. Thank you that's Great customer service

I was able to get an appointment that met my schedule quickly and easily. The staff were friendly,helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. For the first time in years I feel like I can really see, my glasses are awesome. My prescriptions for the last several years have not been quite right these are great I could even read the numbers on a sim card! I haven't seen anything that small in years. Also, the guy who adjusts glasses when you pick them up took his time and went the extra mile to make them fit not just get them so-so and push you out the door. Their prices are most affordable also. I highly rec6them, you can't go wrong.

I'm currently looking at my computer with the best vision I've ever had. For the last ten years or so, every time I shopped for a new pair of glasses (usually about once a year since my prescription is still changing), it takes a company at least three weeks to get my lenses in. Even then I have to pray that they're right the first time (more often than not, they're way off). I didn't expect anything different when I walked in (Mark, the pink is kinda sketchy, just sayin...) but BOY WAS I WRONG!!!! Three days. They had my glasses in in THREE DAYS. I think I was in fourth grade (I'm out of college now) the last time I had glasses in under a week. Not only were they in (and my 'script correct) but he even took the time to tint the edges to blend in more with the frame, after they were supposed to be closed for the evening! The digital lenses they offer are AWESOME!!!! I'm still working on getting used to them, but the fact that my lenses are about half as thin as my previous pair of "micro-thin" lenses already makes them more manageable. My vision is SUPER CLEAR. I'll probably write a second review once they get my sunglasses in. The lenses came in at the same time as my others, but Mark told me that he didn't like how they turned out. I convinced him to let me try them on just to see, and he was right. They weren't quite right. But the fact that he wasn't even going to show me until they met HIS approval says volumes about the service he provides. He's not going to let anyone leave his store unless they're fully satisfied that their vision is right, or that he's going to do something to make it right. Thank you Mark, and the other staff that helped me. Your turnaround time is beyond amazing, the product (the digital lenses) are better than anything I've had, and I've had glasses my entire life. And you didn't let me walk out the door with glasses that didn't work. Five stars aren't enough. Two thumbs up aren't enough. I hope you guys aren't allergic to chocolate because when you call me to tell me my sunglasses are in you may have an influx of cookies.

I am definitely in agreement with the other Yelpers. My experience was no different than everyone else's and they have earned another loyal customer. The other eyeglass stores in town all advertise the "Buy 1, get 1 free" or "Two pairs for $69", but I have found those deals to be rip-offs. I was a bit weary of the $50 frames offer, because when frames are $50, they are always the really low quality frames that no one wants, and then they add a bunch of fees on top of that. The frames on display here were ALL $50, which meant their ad was 100% legit. At the end of my visit, I paid $228 for my glasses which included my eye exam and transitional lenses. I paid $336 the previous year at another optical store for the same services/items! The people who run this business really know customer service, too. The lady who helped me, Christy, was so friendly and nice. I spent a good amount of time looking at frames, and she was patient with me for the entire time. She even tried to make conversation with me, which I think is a nice touch. My experience with the Fifty Dollar Eye Guy was definitely a "Woohoo! As good as it gets!".

I had the best experience yesterday at the 50.00 Eye Guy. I have known Mark through my job and we also have a few mutual friends. I have always had my eyes check at the local Walmart. Well I will never do that again. I learned more about my eye health yesterday than I ever had before. They took a 3D image of both my eyes, then showed me actually how healthy my eyes really are. With the 3D image they can tell you if you have diabetes, glaucoma, blood flow problems. I am waiting to receive my new glasses. They actually convinced me to get High Definition progressive bifocals. The lady who helped me, Christy she was awesome. She helped me pick out a gorgeous frame. Everyone was so nice, friendly and professional. I will definitely be seeing these guys again. Thanks so much. I can't wait to get my new glasses.

Wonderful! I had lost my glasses and due to lack of eye insurance, I was not able to afford a new pair or an exam. I purchased a Groupon and gave them a visit. They exceeded all expectations I had!! They had a huge selection of frames for $50. I found the frames I wanted and they were ready for me a few days later. Once I put them on, I had tears in my eyes (happy tears!) I was able to see properly again! It was so stressful to strain my eyes while driving or just doing day to day things. I am so thankful that this place exists! Being able to see properly makes a huge impact on life!

Quick and very good customer service! They ran my insurance from California and it only took a couple minutes, got in, got out and now I can see again!

Great customer service and I loved Dr.Mark, he was friendly and talkative and explained everything he was doing, he seems really passionate about his career. The ladies up front were just as nice and I found my eye glasses for $50! They have great deals and offer military discount! They will be my GO TO place!

Went here a few months ago for eye exam and glasses. Even though my vision was covered under my insurance it was cheaper to use the Groupon deal I had found. Making an appointment was easy. This place is so huge inside and super chic, I absolutely loved the decor and the arrangement of the eyeglasses. They have sections for high end designers, children, men, women, and sunglasses - so it's easy to browse. I was seen quickly. Instead of dilation they had a new device that took pictures of your eye and would show all the vessels and everything for the doctor to see. Then I had a short time to browse before being called into the doctor. Being the person that I am (after experiencing the sketchiness of America's best) I researched the doctor credentials- he was legit. He was very nice, my visit wasn't rushed, he explained everything about the retinal scan, then he proceeded with another eye exam and then vision test. The whole process thus far was very detailed. After my exam I was free to roam to find my pairs. I didn't feel rushed, the women were very helpful in assisting me with choosing a pair. I ended up getting a pair of eyeglasses and sunglasses. The cool thing about this place is the glasses are created there as far as gradient and prescription lenses, there's a little workshop next to the checkout counter. Checkout was simple and within the week I had both pairs of glasses and I love them. I highly recommend this place and now they have more locations.

Great place, excellent quality of lenses. I love that I can come in and get my glasses adjusted anytime.

I have now purchased my third pair of glasses from Fifty Dollar Eye Guy. The prices certainly cannot be beat, but the customer service is impeccable. They are quick to assist when walking in the door, knowledgeable, provide a superior product, and are simply friendly.
