We have used Dr Eddington before and its not her that I have a problem with . It's her receptionists who were very ignorant on insurance issues and would not listen to what I had to say, when I tried to explain what the insurance people told me. They were making excuses as to why they couldn't/wouldn't call the insurance company to verify coverage. My suggestion is for you ladies in the reception area to listen to the patients and at least attempt to try what your patient is telling you, to accommodate people as best you can and not make excuses because you overbook appointments. Not to mention you were already behind schedule when we came in. Not only did I miss a half a day of work that I won't get paid for but Dr Eddington lost a patient because of your ignorance. Also when the appointment was made it was made as a contact lens exam for a 9 year old and thats not what it was suppose to be. Dr Eddington I suggest you get your girls in front trained a little bit better on insurance matters and listening carefully to what people are saying.
