Strongly recommend taking fine garments elsewhere. Took in a silk Diane Von Furstenburg dress to get deoderant marks cleaned. When I went to pick up the dress there were discolorations all over the front of the dress & two dark spots that were not there when the garment was brought in. They cleaned it again, however, the dark spots remained. Spoke to the owner who refused to accept any responsibility for the problem & returned the dress to us without any offer of compensation. We are left with an unwearable dress & lost $140 due to Exclusive cleaners.

Top-notch - they even have a drive through. I only wish I would have used them over the last two years for dry cleaning versus Vicks. Vicks Dry Cleaners is awful - they lie and have terrible customer service. The military should CANCEL their contract with them because they don't respect military. Use Exclusive Dry Cleaners - they are honest and do a great job!
