I have been taking my push lawn mower here for years and I'm always very happy with them. Im about to take my lawn mower in to be serviced. I believe its cheeper also than anywhere.

I've had two lawn mowers repaired there i the past five years. Prompt, efficient, and both mowers are still running.

I have always taken my push lawn mower there and always happy with them. The service is great and it is ready to pick up in a week or less.

If I could rate with negative star rating on here, I would. I am a lawn care service in the West and SW areas of Pensacola and my tire blew out before we got a chance to do any lawns yet this morning. We called Dennis to see if he sold tires, they said they did not, but she put me onto a place that did sell tires for my mower. We were appreciative, and went and purchased the tire, then called Dennis back to see if they knew where we could get it put on. He then offered to do it for us, so we went there to let him do it. After a few minutes, he got very RUDE, and told us that it had a tube in it and that he charges $75 an hour, and did not have time for changing tires, and that we needed to get another tube for it. Although puzzled, and feeling insulted by his attitude, because we just wanted to get our tire fixed and back on and carry on with our work, we went back to the place we bought the tire and bought a tube and returned for Dennis to finish the job. ( The entire job took around ten minutes to do). When we went to pay him for the job, he gave us a total of $25. When we asked him nicely why he was charging more than others in town that charge around half that price, he got loud, and unnecessarily angry, shaking his finger at us, and wanting us to leave without even paying anything, even afterward we tried to pay the going price for the job! He just continued to be rude, said "next time you will pay however much I say!" Well, needless to say, Dennis, THERE WILL NOT BE A NEXT TIME!!!! I found this behavior very puzzling, unfounded, and unstable, especially for a place that works off of customer service such as myself. Beware people!!!!!!.
