I love this Clinic. Dr. Ashley is awesome and her staff is too. I have a silver back schnauzer and Dr Ashley has taken the most wonderful care of her. Halo was attacked by a pit bull that came into our yard and I could not have asked for better care and medications. Halo has had GI issues and again Dr. Ashley diagnosed her perfectly and within 24 hours Halo was back to herself. Halo had put on some pounds. Dr Ashley changed her food and the weight is coming off and Halo is happier. I have never ever had a bad experience. Dr Ashley will hold your hand but she will not let you diagnose the patient for her. Thats why we go to the vet. I dont want a vet to hand me meds without examining my pooch. Dr Ashley you rock and i am so grateful to you and your staff for the care Halo has recieved. You have been taking care of Halo for 9 years and I so appreciate your care. So for those who want to go elsewhere and talk about your prices let them go. Mis diagnosed right. Halo and I love you and keep up the excellent care.

I have already referred my mother with her two dogs to Dr Ashley. I think they have fair prices and everyone is down to earth and loving with the animals. We are fairly new to the area and had used another vet that was way over priced. Called Dr. Ashleys office and they were able to get us in the following day. Was able to ask questions and get answers about our new puppy. This will be our regular Dr. as well as my mothers now

I love this vet, I've been taking my cat who is now 18 here for over 11 years. I have always felt they treated my animals and myself very good. I read the other reviews and I have never been treated rudely or not had a question answered that I ask. I am always able to get an appointment within a day or two, usually same day if I need it. With the issue of cost, I have called several places in the area where I have been told had "the lowest cost" and Cordova is always the same price if not 5-10 dollars cheaper. All in all I am very satisfied with the care my pets have recieved.

First let me start off stating that Dr. Ashley is the most caring veterinarian that has treated my dog. This is my story------ I have an American Eskimo Dog that was seeing a different doctor in the area. She was always scratching herself to the point of extreme soars and loss of fur. They put her on prednisone year after year with no change in symptoms. They also told me to use flea dips, frontline flea preventative, and in home flea treatments. My poor dog was not getting better so I took her to see Dr. Ashley at Cordova Medical Center. The first time I walked in the door the staff greeted me. The waiting area was clean and there was no line of patients waiting to see the doctor. That was impressive to me since the last place I took my dog I would wait sometimes 3 hours to see a doctor and that was with an appointment. Dr. Ashley did some tests and found the problem to be allergies. She even did a full panel blood test to make sure everything was ok since prednisone can have some bad side effects with prolonged use. She recommended Comfortis for the fleas. Not only did my dog’s fur come back after a few months but her skin is looking better than ever. Dr. Ashley carries the most effective and up to date medicines for your fur baby. She always answers all of my questions I may have about treatments or medications that I give my dog. If you are looking for an amazing and caring Doctor for your fur baby I would not hesitate to make an appointment with Dr. Ashley at Cordova Animal Medical Center.

I would take your animal elsewhere. I felt the service was poor, my animal was misdiagnosed, and the costs were way higher here than at other vets I called. I would skip the hassle and possible heart ache and look elsewhere.

We bring our yorkie, Max to see Dr. Ashley. Our neighbor recommended her and we have been grateful to find her. Her clinic nurses are so sweet and very helpful. Max loved Dr. Ashley and we were very satisfied with our experience.

Very concerned with some of the practices that occur at this clinic. I even considered reporting this establishment to the Veterinarian Medical Board. There is only one vet and she relies way too heavily on her technician staff. Whenever I brought my puppy in for care - the vet never spoke to me and only the technicians would provide me with the results of lab tests, etc. Because the technicians do not have the training, they were never able to answer my questions appropriately. They made many mistakes and acted as if It was my fault they had messed up. Considering how costly veterinarian care is - I would expect to see the veterinarian once in a while. Additionally, the one technician, Karima, can be extremely rude to you if you do not agree with her. Dr. Ashley has the technicians acting like veterinarians - which is very dangerous.The office is also dirty feeling, small, and there is no comfortable place to sit. You basically have to sit on this hard bench. Additionally, if other animals come in while you are waiting - you are crammed next to them - which never made me comfortable since I was unaware of what illnesses these other animals had. I was also very concerned with the amount of knowledge Dr. Ashley possessed. I am aware she has been in practice for over 16 years - however, she seemed to lack very basic knowledge. If your animal has anything more than the common cold - beware. She additionally does not liked to be questioned. Please save yourself the heartache and find you self another vet - one that actually cares about the animals. I am very happy at my new vet and wish I would changed much sooner. I also noticed that I was being grossly overcharged at this establishment. My new vet is a small establishment as well - and it costs 1/3 of the price of Dr. Ashley's services. If you care about your animals as much as I do - you will heed this warning.
