I worked for this company for about a year in April 2018- April 2019 as the Floor Tech. I never once cleaned carpets or striped/waxed floors before. I learned the trade in three day by my manager Russell and supervisor Larry. They would overlook my work and explained any errors that were spotted in the house i did that day. We would go back and review what the issues were and correct the mistakes together. I was treated very well by this company and never once been scolded for any mistakes/errors i did. Any issues that happened, i would contact Larry, Russell or Karen and they would handle the problem that day. Yes, there were mistakes with pay checks which happens every now and then to any job. I contacted Karen about the miscalculation and she fixed the mistake right there. I got the missing amount by check the next day with no hassles. I worked for several different companies and i never once got my check the next day on missing money that was owed to me. So for this company to get the correction made in one day is fantastic in my book. Yes, the work was physical but at the same time fairly simple once you got the hang of it. I honestly never had any complains working for this company and don't understand why anyone had any issues also. You did your job well, someone overlooked your work and then you went home. Super easy and simple plus they paid very well. I would definitely work for this company again.

My name is Karen Thompson. I started with this company over 10 years ago as a cleaner. I am now they're general manager. I have four sons and 10 grandchildren. We have contracts on 6 military bases with over 60 employees. We have been threatened, had property damage and our character defamed by angry people who either do not do their job, or don't follow the rules. The ones listed on these reviews have worked for us very recently. This company Prides itself, as well as I do, on serving our military men and women. When we enter a home that a military family plans to move in, we hold a very high bar. Their satisfaction is extremely important to us. Our employees that have been with us for many years are like family to us and treated that way. We employ white, black, Hispanic, disabled, older and younger men and women. Sometimes things don't work out and people have to be let go. Sometimes people are either unable or unwilling to do the job to our satisfaction. We train and we give opportunity after opportunity for improvement, yet sometimes things simply just do not work out. It is always with a heavy heart that someone has to be let go and after multiple chances. But I can tell you from the bottom of my heart nobody has ever been cheated out of their money! Our company uses industrial chemicals and pays so well! There are never corners cut. Some of the claims on here are completely outrageous. We would not be allowed to have contracts on six military bases if we cheated people. The people we contract through do extensive background checks and will never employ a contractor who do not hold the very best ethics. In 20 years of business and literally hundreds and hundreds of employees there are always going to be a few who feel the way they feel. I personally know who the complainants are making these allegations. I can absolutely assure you that they were never cheated out of money. Our employees are contractors. They get paid for the work they do and if the work is not done and has to be redone by someone else they will not get paid for it. Contractors get paid for the work provided. These are outrageous claims and frankly hurtful. I hope this helps anyone reading this. I owe my life to this company, as I was rescued 10 years ago from a very brutal and abusive 30 year marriage. The owners of this company have Lifted Me Up helped me along the way and provided me with the most amazing job and opportunity. As I said, I am a woman, a wife, a mother and a grandmother. Cheating people and treating them badly is the absolute last thing I would ever do or allowed to be done to our company. Thank you

My husband, Mark, has been working as an installers assistance/general labor worker for a year now and we have had no problem with this company. I insure everyone that the harsh reviews left by formal employees are reviews from people who were angry that they couldn't get away with doing whatever they wanted. This company is by no means ran by "scam artists" and they are NOT rude people AT ALL. They treat their employees and customers with respect and the pay is good. And also, the person who said the employees do whatever they can to cut corners and save money is 100% wrong. The company spends a lot of money to make sure the job is done professionally and right. They gave my husband a job when we were on the verge of being homeless and Mike, Brenda, Karen, and Russel have always been so kind to my husband, and even go out of their way to buy and bring my husband lunch when he's too busy to leave. This is a great company who shows nothing but respect to their employees and their customers. I have personally seen the flooring installation jobs, and to the person who said they were bad, they are 100% wrong. This is a GREAT company ran by very nice people.

If you like to be yelled at and spoke to like you are a piece of trash then use them otherwise RUN!!!
