Amazing customer service!! I can not begin to explain how happy I truly am with the experience I had with A1 Auto. Mark makes you feel like family, he went above and beyond to help me in such a horrible situation. Highly recommend you will not be disappointed!!

The owner/manager is extremely rude. He assumed we are dishonest people and switched a part on him when I asked for a refund. He was rude to my boyfriend and then rude to me. If he thinks his customers are so dishonest he shouldn't be in business. I've never been treated with such contempt and I didn't do anything wrong! He is a complete jerk and I will never go there again and recommend to every I know to never do business there!!!

Got a window and it fit real good they gave me a real nice one at a good price and the guy behind the desk was not trying to just " get me out the door ". Had the part in 1 day called right away held it for me and even got me a better one because the one brought to them was scratched bad. I'd say they are a great salvage place for people in this area compared to others.

These "recyclers" are very rude and want to make sure you are out as fast as possible. I went in looking for a part I needed desperately, but they refused to work with me, and showed me one car that they were not willing let me take the part off. Over all, at the very least, I didn't have to spend much time here as the shoveled me out in a heartbeat.
