Went to this place for tint, after shopping around. Price was average. I spoke with John and he stated in initial conversation that there was a lifetime warranty and that it was going to look great. Upon pick-up of the vehicle i noticed quite a few bubbles and some tint that was cut too short. I pointed it out and the said give it a couple weeks and it will be fine. I gave it almost a month and the bubbles got bigger and extremely noticeable and the bubbles progressively got worst. I brought the vehicle back to point out once again my concerns and to have it fixed. John started yelling at me, got real defensive, and had excuse after excuse of why this why that. He spoke to me like I should know what to do to get the bubbles out but that doesn't account for the short cut of the tint. I then felt very upset due to his abrupt behavior and anger. Johns customer service was one of the worst i have ever dealt with and hope that you reconsider this place as palace for tinting your car.
