John helped me in a real pinch after moving into my new home. I called him out to have him take a look at my prehistoric boiler after a flood in the basement (unit had no check valve or flow back preventer or something). He laid out my alternatives and the costs involved. I went with a brand new boiler that was worth every penny. The most remarkable thing about John is that he doesn't have tunnel vision.

As he continued with the install, he noticed a leaky valve and wires dangerously out of place. He could not walk away without mentioning, but he is a contractor with a conscience and fixed the issues at no extra charge. I have never had the pleasure of working with such an honest and forthright tradesman in my life and that's why I do not hesitate to recommend or use him again in the future. If only he knew carpentry and masonry.
