Provided by YP.comOrdered the Prime Rib, and received a shank (leg bone) cut of meat. Waitress insisted this was Prime Rib. Not sure how a cut with two round leg bones (less desirable meat) can be served as Prime Rib. Saw other guests served the same thing. I suspect during the mass production of Rodeo week they put anything on a plate and sell it. I was disappointed as I felt purposefully ripped off. Was a useless battle trying to explain to the ill informed and overwhelmed waitress. Good bar and bartenders. But would not recommend.
