Great service and very detail work on hair and nails. I have been cutting my hair since this salon opened and I would not go anywhere else.

I was looking for a hair salon with diversity and found it! Their prices are very competitive and the services are excellent. From the fresh coffee and cookies to bottle water they offer to their professionalism. I had gone to another salon the day before, my hair was damaged and at Styles by Kat Ruth, was able to make me smile again. Very clean and the decor is warm and welcoming.

Horrible customer service. On 10/24/15 I walked in because on their door it states walk-in and it also states that they close at 7pm on Saturday. It was 6:00 when I walked in but they told me sorry that they had a customer. I told him but it says that they close at 7 the lady looked at me and asked"what time is it now?" I smiled and answered 6. She said sorry and locked the door behind me. I just needed a wash and set. I went next door to ji-bells and even tough they were closed they were super nice and took me did a treatment for me and everything. I will never step foot at Styles by Kat again. I will keep going to Ji-belle. They are friendlier an much cleaner
