Will never return to use their services, not only do they not respond to phone calls, messages, or fax; they insult their clients. I questioned a hispanic woman, tall, blond hair, which her desk on Tuesday was by the entrance, WHY the lack of communication, her response was, "that's what you get with insurance." My husband rushed me out of there because I wanted to inform the idiot: first, she has a job working for patients with insurance and secondly, I worked forty-two years as a teacher to have opticial benefits when I retired. I recommend you find another optical facility that value their customers.
