I was a regular at this place a while ago but unfortunately have stopped frequenting rickey's due to extremely poor service. I really don't know what went wrong. All of their staff kind of left at once and now it seems that noone cares. It's a shame because it usto be a great stop for after hours. I work late and could always count on a hot meal and a cold drink. Now it seems like the bar is run by a group of drink 20somethings that go there every night. the bartenders cater to them and everyone else get ignored. I went there a month ago and sat at a near empty bar for 15 minutes while the bartender laughed and joked around not even noticing me. I walked out and won't give them my business again. miss the old Rickey's.

The worst experience I ever had in a restaurant, food was ok but the service was terrible, manager insulted my husband and I, bash boy threatened my husband about a $2.00 charge that we refused to pay since we didn't want a sauce they brought for us because it tasted bad and we didn't eat it so we gave back and they still charge it, long story short we even called the police because they walked us out without even finishing and we were 15 people on the table including kids and consumed a lot. The employees dont know how to give a good customer service and shouldn't be working anywhere, their names were Manny and Octavio.
