My name is Teri Sousa and have been a director at Pines West Academy for over eighteen years. I love the schools philosophy and believe in the thinking culture. i love the way we promote positive behaviors and values daily and how parents are involved with it at home. The owners and corporate team are very involved and make everyone feel like family. I have always believed that Happy Teachers = Happy Children and Happy Children = Happy Parents, that's what we have at this school. I am also blessed with a team of many teachers who have been here ten plus years and that's not common in most preschools. I am very proud to be part of the Edu1st team!
