Very shady business. They will overcharge you and make you fight for the refund, and if they do choose to refund you, they will do everything in their power to make sure it is not for the full amount. It took my father several months to get his refund, and that was from calling every single day and being actively avoided by the company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU AND MAKE IT VERY DIFFICULT TO GET THE MONEY BACK. Furthermore, they also do this to their employees. They short their paychecks hoping they won't notice and will deny all accusations of it, and will only (grudgingly) pay them the proper amount after calling and requesting the amount owed daily.
