I held my milestone birthday here in Sept. 2015. The service I received in helping to plan this event through the night of the event was great. I would and do recommend them to everyone. I plan to hold my next milestone there also.

This is a great place to have an beautiful yet affordable wedding. The staff are very attentive. Our wedding was planned in a short period of time, but no one would have known. I would have given a 5 star but I thought the wedding could have been better if the guest had a choice in dinners. Don't hesistat to use this vendor.

Don't bother!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Keep looking for another venue, that will be accomadating, professional, and actually care about your event. On multiple occasions we had problems with them , all the way up to the week before the wedding. Not only is their communication a zero, but they told us that we were paid in full , and then tried to get more money out of us, for a policy that wasn't even in the contract.....absolutely RIDICULOUS.... will not reccommend and will not be a return client.

The ballroom is very nice looking and will catch your eye when you first see it, BUT!!!!!! once they reel you in, your stuck. Not only are all the advance payments and deposits non-refundable, but after they have your money they treat you like you don't matter and neither does your event, in my case it was the most important day of my life, my wedding!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When you attempt to talk to them in regard to details, they DO NOT return emails and i'm not talking about in a few days- i waited on one occasion 14 days, and did not get a response____________ long story short horrible customer service, will not have another event there or reccommend them to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i think this is a very nice ballroom and very affordable.
