I have been going to Fantasy West for more than 20 years. Everybody there is very profesional. Never hear a complain from a costumer. The ambiente is very familiar , they take their time to pleased you. Im recommending this place if you want good service. Liany and Alicia, the owners, treat you like family. I do my pedicure with Isel and I love it, she spend 1 hour and the results are fantastic.

If you value your hair and don't want it destroyed then stay away from this place! I had beautiful long blonde hair and how have shorter bleached (parts are orange, parts are white and some parts are completely bleached!) hair. The owner is the one that destroyed my hair and then was EXTREMELY rude to me by yelling at me in front of the rest of the salon when I complained about the cut and color. I left there with no resolution and now have to find someone else to fix this mess and pay more money (by the way, the owner also charged me $10 more than she did the first (and only other) time she did my hair, knowing full well that I'm unemployed and had waited for a special occasion to get my hair done (my birthday!) and then she destroyed it.
