I seem to have the worst luck with Doctor offices. It's usually the office staff that ruins it for me. I this case, the doctor is amazing! And we continue to go to the practice even though we dislike some of the office staff. Liz in particular. She is very rude and nasty with patients. We have made a written complaint and a verbal complaint to the Office Manager on two separate occasions yet she continues to speak to people with an attitude. I thought it was just me but I've heard her while in the office and she does it to everyone. It's the typical Miami attitude that some women have. I don't know how she's been there this long. :(
