I received service from Century towing through AAA after my car would not start. The vehicle required towing. The driver was rude and was annoyed when I decided to change the location to where I wanted my car towed. While I was on the phone with a rental care service, the driver seemed to be having a hard time hooking up the car. When I asked if everything was ok, he told me to get out of his way. After the car was dropped off, I noticed a huge hump on the passenger front floor which was hard to the touch. I looked under the car and there was a huge hole where something was pulled back. My mechanic stated that was a result of an incorrect hook up with the towing. My exhaust, catalytic converter was also ripped. I called AAA and they said it was between me and he company (thanks), I called Century and they were rude and said the issue was not caused by their company. This company is awful, unprofessional, avoid this company like the plague.!!! (should be NO stars).
