do NOT go there (for dental at least). The dental assistant i had didn't know what she was doing. I don't know if it's always like this in America, because it's my first time going to the dentist here.



What happened:

I bought a cleaning + dental exam + whitening + xrays.

I arrive there and she takes a mold of my teeth for a tray I did not purchase...

then she prepares the Zoom whitening thing. And I'm like... aren't you going to do the cleaning first? She's like "yes yes no worry" She literally takes 1 tools, polishes half my teeth, flosses between my two front teeth, then tries to floss between my two bottom teeth (but she can't because I have a retainer thing in the back of the teeth) so she pushes and realizes I have a retainer!!!

So she stop and goes on with the whitening. WTF? You call that a cleaning?!!

The whitening was normal I guess, but my teeth barely got whiter. After arguing that the cleaning was not done, the real dentist comes and scrapes my teeth with a pick and flosses them.

Then she took the x-rays and I left, never to return.
