Store was neat and tidy. Staff was totally inattentive. No one had the courtesy to even nod or recognize the thought that I was even there. Bad experience, management needs serious training. They had no business doing business.

My family and I have been customers of America’s Best for the past 2 years and I must say the service provided today over the phone was most disappointing and as a result none of us will ever be returning for any of their services. They seem to forget customers have a choice. I simply called today to ask a question concerning my contact lenses since it was ordered and shipped to me but it did not indicate which side was left or right so I called to find out. The receptionist was the most rude and incompetent fool because after I explained why I was calling she put me on hold for 6 mins without saying a word. I then hung up and called back only to get an attitude that she put me on hold because I needed to speak to an optician with regards to my question. So I told her well no need to be so rude because she could have simply explained that to me in a better tone of voice. She then said she is actually on her break and don’t need to take my call and hung up on me. When I called back right after someone named Toni answered and told me she believed the receptionist told me I needed my prescription faxed which is a lie. I had to explain my simple question again and she finally gave my the answer as to which side is left and which side is right. But overall I didn’t need such a rude response from the receptionist at the Pines Blvd location and I believe management should look into this and provide some training for such an incompetent staff. They have just lost 7 customers since my family and I will never be going back there. Horrible customer service!!!!
