I ordered a truck load of 1 1/2- and ended up getting fill dirt. I have experience with gravel delivery and this was definitely not 1 1/2- other than technically. I expect gravel to be about 80% aggregate with about 20% sand particles. This was the opposite. I called them to ask about it, but they assured me I got what I ordered. Since I even asked for their advice telling them I needed aggregate to raise the level of my driveway to avoid sinking wet bog, they couldn't have misunderstood. Now, after I have to spread it out (by hand), I'll likely have to order real 1 1/2- from another company to cover the fill dirt I was sent. Will not order from these guys again.
