I highly recommend Michaud Electrical. Mr. Michaud is a licensed, Master Electrician who earned his license through formal education (not through 'grandfathering' practices). Mr. Michaud installed a new 200-amp service in my Merrimack home, light fixtures, and an awesome generator that literally powers the entire house when there are power outages. Oh...I almost forgot the most incredible item he installed for us...the whole-house fan...what a God-send that has been! Mr. Michaud walked us through each eletrical decision and shopped for the best deals on equipment for us. He is extremely knowledgeable and went the extra mile to ensure that we made informed decisions. His work is impeccable...electrical jobs of the magnitude that ours was require that the NH State Inspector review the work...The Inspector's words when he viewed Mr. Michaud's work at our home were: "This is the best installation and wiring job that I have seen in the past 20 years." Let me tell you, that made me feel warm and cozy...and SAFE. I have this thing about unsafe electrical stuff...so, this comment from the Inspector really made me happy that I hired Michaud Electric to do the job! And I would hire him again in a heart beat. Excellent company, good man, awesome work at a very honest and reasonable price.

I bought a seriously distressed home in 2008. It was literally not inhabitable. Mr. Michaud was recommended by my excellent carpenter. Michaud fixed serious wiring hazards I never would have imagined hidden in my walls and ceilings as we progressed with the renovation. Over the past three years he has assisted me with additional wiring, fixed existing wiring, and acted as inspector for wiring performed incorrectly by other outfits installing other items. He worked with the power company to do a major move of my master electrical box all to code. He is neighborly. He is reasonably priced. He gets to my job site as quickly as possible often working evenings and weekends to get the job done. I would never think to hire anyone else. This is a guy I can trust with my family's safety as my first concern.
