Don’t bring your shades there for service, their service man broke my shade, lost parts, returned it to the store and informed them to tell me that, now, it was not repairable.
( my old shade repair man retired, but did this shade 5 years previous in 20 mins)
Suggest not buying or dropping off your shade or shades with them.

Customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE! On more than one occasion employees have been rude. Most recently, I brought several cans of paint; one of which leaked. When I returned the can, the employee accused me of dropping the can and informed me that the cover is always pounded down so the paint does not leak. The second employee working behind the counter "chimed in" agreeing with these remarks! While I have always found the service mediocre- this incident was embarrassing and very inappropriate. This was a convenient place for me to purchase Benjamin Moore paint and in the future I am going to travel a little further to get my paint. My suggestion is that anyone else purchasing Benjamin Moore paint do the same!
