Animal control in Bryan County has horrible customer service. They fail to enforce codes and do not return phone calls. It seems that the codes are enforced for some but not others. Richmond Hill is surely operating on the "good ole boy" system. They must think that we are too stupid to know it. I pay taxes on my property in Richmond Hill and should be treated the same as the "good ole boy".
