If you are a small business, these guys rock. We have an icon that they put on our desktop that we click on and within seconds, we have someone there to help. If they can't fix it remotely, they are here within the hour. If something needs to be replaced, they can get to me the next day if it's not too late in the day. They really take the time to understand how we do business and how to help us more efficient without sounding too 'techie'! The last thing I can praise them on is being on top of compliance and the right way to get through the gray area such as the new Meaningful use and HITECH rules that we now have to deal with.
