I have used the same third generation carpet and upholstery cleaning company for years now. This was my second time to use Dad's, and I am quite satisfied. Having owned my own carpet and upholstery cleaning company in the past, I am quite the critic when it comes to this type work. These guys are solid! Professional, courteous and thorough. You can be confident it will be a job well done.

Wow! That one word really expresses how great the service provided by Dad’s Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning was. When I called their office to inquire about what they could do for me, I spoke with their CSR and she was fabulous. There was no high pressure sale. There was no over sell of services I did not need. She was diligent in getting me the service package that best fit what I told her I wanted. And even better yet, there was no bait and switch! I can’t express just how impressive the CSR was! Your experience with her will be the same.



I had made an appointment for a Tuesday morning knowing I would probably be off work for the whole day as no service company shows up on time nor performs the services in the time they tell you to expect. The crew from dad’s Carpet not only showed up on time, they called to tell me they were 15 minutes away!



I had my Living room, Dining room and Master bedroom cleaned. Their technicians, and yes that is the appropriate term for them as they are experts in their craft, were efficient but never rushed. They took the time necessary to ensure that the job they performed was not just ok, good or acceptable, they were awesome.



My carpets were beyond nasty filthy. There were grease stains, animal stains along with normal children stains. I tried to remove them with a number of different home remedies to include using the rental carpet cleaning systems. All of my efforts failed.

The staff from Dad’s Carpet came in and carefully moved my furniture, and performed magic on my carpets. They steam cleaned them using their machines. They used different spot removing fluids and got every single stain out of the carpet. When I say every single stain, I mean every single one. They found small stains that I never noticed and they put the same effort at removing the ones I did not know about as the ones I did know about. The carpets now look as if they were just installed. I have never seen my carpets this clean.



The best part was they were patient with me and when I thought there was still a stain present (it was a showdown from the lamp), they re-cleaned the area until I accidently bumped the lamp and saw it was a shadow.



The employees worked as a team and wasted no effort or time, yet they did not rush. This was very impressive as you know most service companies never show up on time and usually take a lot longer than you expect. They actually took less time than what I was told to expect.



Different things are important to different customers. For me the quality of the cleaning, the efficiency of their efforts, the time required to actually do the work, and that they cleaned everything up and reset my furniture before they left, was nothing less than impressive.



Yes, I am so impressed with their service, that I am recommending them to all my friends and I would definitely recommend them to you.

Dad's Carpet is "the bomb"!!!! -- for those of you who understand the 80' & 90's lingo. For the now generations, I guess I can just say Dad's Carpet is "great!". I have been a loyal customer for many years and I have always been satisfied and very happy with their services which includes not only cleaning carpet, but they have also cleaned my upholstered chairs, stretched and dyed my peach colored carpet and left absolutely no residue or evidence of a discoloration. My carpet looked just like it did when it was brand new. The personnel are all super, from the initial phone calls to the front door service. They are prompt and courteous. I have no other choice but to give them 5 stars. Way to go Dave Pastor.

The owner of this establishment really knows what he's doing. He's a master certified Carpet cleaning technician. I didn't even know there was such a thing! Until my son spilled candy all over the floor of course.

I called Dad's and the owner himself picked up! He explained how he would personally come assess the carpets, and even offered a first time customer discount! During my appoinment, the technician amazed me! Once I saw that candy dissapear, I had to ask if he could do the rest of the house as well! He nodded with a smile and got the whole house finished for me! It smelled so good, I felt like I was in a brand new house!

I was given a year's supply of their Spot Remover for if I spill wine or juice, and they have agreed to come out and professionally clean any spots I cant get out with that remover!



I have to give these guys a 5 out of 5. I've never been so satisfied.
