Employees are always very helpful and polite. However, since lobby hours have been reduced to Monday – Friday, Safety Deposit boxes are no longer available on Saturday, creating a dilemma for many people. I miss Saturday lobby hours! Please bring them back, even if only for two weekends a month! If not for that, I woud have rated the bank Five Stars!
