Great service and very professional, I called to get my wolf oven serviced and upon arrival the technician was very kind by asking if they could put their blanket down, and if they could borrow paper towels. I highly recommend this service to people.

Exceptional service, technician was extremely educated and very polite. I had an issue with my subzero refrigerator and the office staff were able to put me on the schedule extremely fast. I highly recommend this service to anyone in need of service for their subzero and wolf appliances.

Northeastern was recommended to me by Village Appliance to repair a loose handle on my Sub Zero refrigerator. I called and booked an appointment and understood that the service would cost $119.95 and would have to be paid when completed. I left $120 in cash with my housekeeper. The technician completed the repair in five minutes and left a bill for $198.64, less my cash payment.
I spoke to their office and they said the $119.95 did not include any parts or labor. Certainly there is some sort of misunderstanding but Northeastern must be more careful when they give an estimate. I paid the balance but want to alert people to be careful.Their prices are not realistic and their service charges are not clearly explained.

Notheastern can fix the appliance but are very over-priced and have no regard for customer service. Shop around before you hire them.
