I had 2 different issues going on inside my house and 1 outside my house. I called him at 11:30pm and he was at my house at 8:30 the next morning checking things out and giving me a bid. His bid included fixing my current problems and installing items to permanently take care of them. For one of the problems I have had 3 different plumbers out in the past and they temporarily fixed it but never offered up anything else. Needless to say this impressed me! It was 1 day later and he was out here fixing it! The actual bill came in below the bid and the time it took to fix ALL the problems was much less than I anticipated. The work completed was EXCELLENT! I will definately use him again and have recommended him to ALL my friends and family. I have my own business so I know how important word of mouth is, and believe you me.....I am spreading it!
