I went to Jenny Craig to lose wome wight for my wedding. I bought the food and they kept on pressure selling me the program for 400 dollars. I said no several times because I was going out of the country and did not want to make such a committment until further thought.



Finally, after two sales people woere me down, I signed. I paid for the first tiem $100. Then I came back and noticed that they would only weigh me and sell me the food.. They never took my measurements or fat index. I kept on paying 100-150 per week. I decided after the my second visit that this was not for me. No measurments?



I asked to be refunded the third payment only. They could keep the other 2. They said yes. That was in January 15 and 4 months later they have not refunded my money. They keep on telling me they have faxed the request. The offices said they did not receive it. Finally they say they received it and it is in my bank but my bank says...'Now way". They have not refunded anything.



Meanwhile, I paid 2 installments and they told me I could not buy food anymore even though I have already paid for 8 months of the program.



I feel like I was lied to and my money was the only thing they wanted. PS: The sales representative that couached me everyweek is about 50 pounds overweight which my husband said I should have known when I saw her that it was a bad program.
